In Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga precise sequences of postures are linked with the breath in a conscious wave-like flow of movement. There are many benefits which naturally flow from its practice:
flexibility, strength, clarity, calm, understanding and well-being.
The format of teaching is adaptable to each individual, and the fact that I am teaching a maximum of 16 people creates an intimate setting which is informal and relaxed.
