We are going to experiment with a different approach postures we know already - not moving on autopilot, so we can discover a new way of relating to what is taking place in the present and adapt to the stresses when needed instead of pushing our way through. Breathing the opposite of an all cool and relaxed state before appreciating what it feels like to just be. The dead pose is the pose 'par excellence' and must be deserved - it is a nice treat.
